Q:Hey, Tony: In answering a reader's question, last week, you called the Pittsburgh Steelers the No. 1 organization in the NFL. What makes it so in your mind? - Quentin Parker, Cleveland.
A:Hey, Quentin: Integrity at the top, stability, continuity, consistent winning, smartness, fan-friendliness and, yes, media-friendliness. Every organization has its warts, but the Steelers have fewer than the 31 other teams. And when was the last time they embarrassed themselves?
Q:Hey, Tony: You used the expression "indescribably bad" to describe the Browns "tackling." Truer words were never written. Do you still maintain the Browns need a stud pass rusher over a tough inside linebacker? - Shane Byron, Seattle, Wash.
A:Hey, Shane: I think you can argue the Browns' top priority is a stud pass rusher, a tough inside linebacker or a shutdown cornerback. Of course, a safety who can make an open-field tackle would be nice, too.
Q:Hey, Tony: Anyone who claims to be a Browns fan knows the top priority this next off-season is an outside (pass-rushing) linebacker. The Browns are well on their way to a top-10, or maybe even a top-5, draft pick. At this point is there a particular player in either the draft or free agency you would label as a must have or top priority? - Matthew Butterfield, Hallowell, Maine.
A:Hey, Matthew: I don't have a specific name for you. Terrell Suggs of Baltimore would be a natural free agent. But if he signed here, he probably would step in a ditch, blow a knee ligament and then you know what would happen after surgery.
