And yes, the Dolphins have a challenging one, particularly because they draw the first-place teams.
But the Jets , ranked 16th, play the same full divisions (AFC South, NFC South, AFC East) that the Dolphins do. That's 14 of the 16 games.
The two other games?
The Dolphins draw San Diego and Pittsburgh, while the Jets get Oakland and Cincy.
Yes, that should be an advantage for the Jets ... provided that injuries aren't a major factor for the Chargers or Steelers, and provided that the Dolphins-Steelers game (the season finale) is still meaningful for Pittsburgh.
Overall, though, I think King, like the rest of us, is making too much of the slate.
